With over 10 years of experience in Real Estate abroad and in the US, Silvia joined the local Coldwell Banker office in Lakewood Ranch in 2018. In a short time at Lakewood Ranch, she was entered into the Sterling Society, which recognizes top Coldwell Banker agents globally. In 2023 she completed 105 hours of coursework to receive certification with the Graduate REALTOR Institute, proving her dedication to a high level of professional service. She was also awarded membership into The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing becoming a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury agent to amplify her abilities to position properties in the top-end of the market.

Silvia was born in South America and has lived in the United States for over 25 years with her husband where they raised her family. She is fluent in English and Spanish, which is beneficial to access a wider network of buyers and sellers for her clients.
